Archives: Websites

  • Eric Zimmerman

    Eric Zimmerman

Eric Zimmerman is game designer, co-founder of Gamelab and design educator.

His website is a one-page layout featuring a large, chronological stack of color-coded accordion blocks. This design choice limits the amount of content that can be included in each block. But the overall experience is very fast and dense, allowing users to quickly gain an overview of his projects and dig deeper into specific areas. Where space is limited, external links point to somewhere else on the web and provide further exploration.

  • Talia Cotton

    Talia Cotton

Talia Cotton is a designer, coder, educator and specialises in the intersection of branding and technology. She founded Cotton, a technology-focused creative agency in New York City, and teaches Core Interaction at Parsons School of Design.

Talia squeezes a lot of information about her and her professions into one large text column, tightly set for a modern look. The fun starts once you move the cursor. Each letter warps into a colourful shape and only reluctantly backs up to the original state after a few seconds. Obviously this kind of creative coding is where Talia’s heart is.
